Again, first I tried to review Matthias Sturm, Blood and Thunder. I hated it. His voice is weird, and it sounds like he wishes he was The Beatles. You won’t like it if you like The Beatles.

This time I found something better on the 2nd try. Engloria is a pretty good alt rock band. Lots of energy, good vocals. Reminds me a lot of bands like Better Than Ezra, Matthew Sweet, etc. Reminiscent of that 80′s pop-alt sound.
Kind of bummed that this is just a 3 song Ep. Just a taste of a fresh sound for this decade!
